 I am always amazed how many useful sites or ideas I get from this little bulletin. I sent in a question and was suprised to see a response within a couple of hours. A must read for anyone who wants to know more about Windows.

 Hi, Infopackets Gazette he always impressed me by explaining issue in clear language. Although I am an IT professional I stil enjoy reading all the various article to get a if noting else different perspective on issues. However where I find this news letter most usefull is getting newbies up and running in the technical world of computing and giving them the confidence to learn and experiment. My wife loves it and is learning a lot .... maybe a bit too much.

 hello i like denis faas news letter he usually has informative info. and if you want a story on some topic he,s not covered he will if he can do one on it.my tech skills have come a long ways since the first letter i got but i find he still manages to come up with interesting subjects.
